Cameron Philbert is a motivated business professional with a combined 12+ years of experience in management across Customer Service, Operations and Finance whilst conversant with different marketing and promotional strategies. Between 2012 and 2017 at Clear Harbor Grenada Ltd., Cameron successfully grew a 12 person Medical Billing Revenue Cycle Management Campaign to 500+ people. At its peak the campaign supported over 1000 US based doctors’ offices/hospitals/hospices.
From 2017 until 2020 he was the Operations Manager of Axcel Finance Grenada Limited where he oversaw the daily country operations. His responsibility included the following departments locally; Business Development, Marketing, Consumer Loans, Small Business Loans and Collections. At Axcel Finance he was instrumental in the development of a customer check in system which focused on improving service delivery. During his tenure, he successfully increased their new client base by 15%+ year on year, whilst decreasing their marketing expenditure by over 60%. Here he used both above and below the line marketing strategies with a significant focus on Social Media to help drive results.
